What is your shipping policy?

To ensure that your package is properly delivered and that you receive your package within the time frames we advertise, please make sure that your address is correctly entered and includes all relevant and/or required information. The use of correct abbreviations, street numbers, building or apartment numbers, and route information (if applicable) are critical to ensuring timely delivery. We do not take responsibility for lost, misplaced, or incorrectly delivered shipments if the address information provided is incorrect or incorrectly entered at the time of purchase. 

Nuru Botanicals DOES NOT accept responsibility for any items lost or damaged in transit in route to shipping destinations or items marked delivered by the carrier chosen at checkout. Once items leave the Nuru Botanicals warehouse the carrier chosen during check out accepts responsibility as the order has now been transferred into the carriers possession.  Nuru Botanicals will however assist you with placing a claim with the carrier chosen during the time of checkout all damage claims must be reported 24 hours after your package has arrived. 

SHIPPING FEES

Shipping fees are non-refundable. If you refuse any shipments from NuruBotanicals.com, you will be held responsible for the original shipping charges, plus the cost of returning the package to us. This amount will be deducted from any credit issued. 

DOMESTIC

Once your order has been processed, we ship your order using the shipping carrier and method that you selected at the time of purchase. We recommend that when ordering any of our products, you select one of the priority shipping methods.

INTERNATIONAL

Nuru Botanicals ships internationally!

We want to make sure everyone has access to the medicinal powers that our products contains. However, we only ship sea moss gels to Canada and no other international countries. International shipping rates will be calculated at checkout.
