What is your return/refund policy?
Nuru Botanicals, LLC natural herbs and supplements are considered a food item and can't be returned once shipped. If you are not satisfied with your purchase or find an issue with your product, please send us an email at firstname.lastname@example.org within 3 days of receipt of your order with your invoice number and a picture of the product that is issue. If we have mailed you what you ordered, we will not take back an item once it has been shipped & delivered to you. However, should you submit a proper and reasonable claim within 3 days of receipt of your order, then we will review your claim for a full or partial refund or a product replacement, whichever the customer prefers. Shipping is not refunded. Should a refund are issued, your refund will be processed via your original form of payment within 7-10 business days.
