1 tablespoon per 8 oz. serving of hot water. Steep for 12 minutes and strain for tea. Let it cool and add ice cubes if desire cold. Drink in morning on empty stomach (and do not consume anything until 1 hour later) and before bed for best results.

For Taste Purposes: sarsaparilla actually taste sweet and smooth without anything added. However, if desire a more palatable sweet flavor add agave nectar and fresh squeeze key lime juice.
