Irish Moss Gel

Despite its name, Irish moss (Chondrus Crispus) isn’t really a moss. It’s actually a type of algae, or seaweed that is red and branching. It grows on rocks and sea shells in the sea. Our Irish moss is wildcrafted by hand from the coast of New England (North America).

We keep our Irish moss RAW meaning while processing it to a gel, we DO NOT use hot water therefore, this superfood is still alive with all its enzymes, cells, and nutrients. The nutrients are not debased nor denatured. We soak the moss in non-hot spring water for 24 hours.

Another healthy source found in Irish moss is fucoxanthin, a carotenoid that gives Irish moss its rich red-brown or purple color.

Suggested Use: As a plant food dietary supplement, take two (2) tablespoon(s) per day. Take at least one (1) tablespoon without adding any ingredient in the morning on an empty stomach for best results. Can be added to smoothies, shakes, juices, teas, raw plant based ice creams, and meals. After taking two (2) tablespoons per day for four (4) weeks, you can now increase your tablespoons to 3 per day.
